My Favorite Time of Year & the Weaverville Art Safari

It’s that time of year. Time to enjoy all the fall colors and Art From the Heart of the
Blue Ridge. The Weaverville Arts Safari is now less than two weeks away, on Sat., the 24th and Sun., the 25th from 10am-5pm both days. Be sure to arrive early for the Safari Half Price Specials.

For this tour, two pieces from my new Tattoo series will be unveiled! Also, brand new Mason Jars and County Kitchens plus four new ‘Summer Bundle’ medicine bundles.

This year my white-on-white “sketches” are presented in beautiful white floating frames. They are $100. There are only six so be sure to get to the studio early!

There’s a whole lot more, and you’ll just have to visit to find out what I’ve been up to. C’mon y’all and all y’all.

I’m #4 on the map, which can be downloaded here: http://weavervilleartsafari.com/public/docs/web_brochure_2015_fall.pdf

Stray, the Regal Wonder Dog, Wants You to Know . . .

Stray, the Regal Wonder Dog, wants you to know that the Weaverville Art Safari is just two months from now. She thinks people come by to see her so she hopes you’ll visit on Saturday and Sunday, October 24-25 2015.

See some of my new work on the new Weaverville Art Safari website:

Speaking in third person, LeoTheColorman has been inspired and in the studio working on two new– actually THREE — series of works created just for the October art tour. The names of the series will be revealed later (hint: one has to do with tattoos).

Go ahead and put the dates on your calendar now and plan to see wild new paper sculpture creations and of course Stray, the Regal Wonder Dog, as she holds court that weekend.

All in all, a great opportunity to see “Art in the Heart of the Blue Ridge.”
